My wife and I took these capsules as directed, two per day, and were healthy and well during this time. So while I can't say it provided more energy or youthful vigor, on the other hand we didn't get sick or feel any adverse effects. I would say compared to other products by different manufacturers, this one is relatively expensive since the other ones contain higher dosages of Quercetin and also supplements of zinc, Vitamin D, nettle, bromelian.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows whats exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. I only recently became aware of Quercetin. It is an excellent antioxidant, with all the benefits those provide. However, Quercetin has been proven to also be a powerful antihistamine, often providing complete relief from seasonal allergy symptoms. I take a Zyrtec daily during allergy season (which is about 8 months where I live). If I miss a dose, I can tell within a few hours. I was excited at the possibility of maybe being able to substitute a natural supplement for a medication. I did not get my hopes up, because most supplements don't really do what they claim to do, or anything at all for that matter. Boy was I surprised when, 4 days after substituting a daily dose of Freeda Quercetin for Zyrtec, I still had no allergy symptoms. I'm a believer now for sure. The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be to put the full 500mg daily dose in a single capsule. Each Freeda capsule is 250mg, necessitating taking two of them.

I really like the Freeda brand. Their vitamins are great quality. This Quercetin is another great vitamin. I use it in combination with Zinc. The Quercetin helps the body absorb the Zinc, and is very effective against viruses. Take vitamins C, D, Zinc and Quercetin to effectively prevent and heal from viruses. These capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Theyre not too big either. They are just what I need. Great product.
