FREESEA Fish Feeding Ring for Aquarium: Square Betta Floating Feeding Ring for Fish tank...

We have a garden aquarium with a few cometa fishes, who are quite spoiled with their quality fish food. Their well-being is our top priority, which is why we've been on the hunt for a feeder that can withstand the strong currents from our water filter. Unfortunately, none of our attempts to keep the feeder in place have been successful. We've tried everything, from cleaning the glass to the suction cup, but to no avail.

This is a nice aquarium ring. The suction cup works well to keep it on the side of the aquarium. It does adjust some with changing water levels. My goal is to someday have a bunch of floating plants in my aquarium and plan for this ring to allow for feeding and keeping my plants from getting pummeled by the water coming from my filter. I'm not there yet, but this ring seems like it'll do just what I need it to.

I ordered a square shaped feeding device for the aquarium. However, the seller sent me the round shaped. I originally compared the square shaped and the circular shaped devices and learned the square shaped is about an inch bigger in diameter. I have a 45 gallon aquarium with two comet goldfish, I clearly needed the bigger size. Nevertheless, I washed it with mild detergent and water, then placed in the aquarium and let my two fish become familiar with it before adding food. Prior to having this, Ilthe goldfish flakes got pushed throughout the aquarium based on our filter. In an attempt to stop the food from spreading throughout the aquarium, and burying between all of the gravel I added the device received after washing it and allowing our fish to become familiar with it. It does seem to help some , the goldfish flakes seem to remain in one corner of the aquarium rather spreading everywhere. The only issue at this point is it is pretty small. If it were a tad bit bigger, I feel it would work better for the size of my fish. When my biggest comment goes up for the food, he can maneuver quickly creating movement in the water that then sinks the flakes. Thats why I say if it be a little bit bigger, it would work a little better in my particular situation. The plastic rod that holds the suction cup, and the ring together is pretty flimsy so I do question the longevity, however inexpensive product. This ring would definitely serve its purpose and in a beta fish tank, I suspect it would work perfectly based on that I would recommend this product

Have my betta in a 10 gallon tank. Was always hard to feed him with the filter going and this has made it much easier. Couple things though, the food tends to stick to the sides which he cannot see and ends up going to waste. It will hold a bio film so you need to lift the feeder to clear it out. And I was send round feeder when it should have been square. So it gets 4 stars.

This little feed ring was exactly what I was looking for to help feed the gold fish in my little patio pond. It keeps the flakes corralled on the surface rather than resulting in it immediately getting mixed around in the whole pond due to the waterfall feature. Suctioned right to the edge of the container no problem. I only gave 3 stars for accuracy because its listed as being square, but the one I received is round. I still like it and would recommend!
