Lion's mane is supposed to be a very good supplement for brain health and clarity, among other claims. I can't really say whether this is doing all of that for me, but I think it's worth a try. What I can say is that this brand doesn't have a bad taste, is easy to swallow, and doesn't make me feel naseous or queasy after taking it (as some pills do). If you want to take lion's mane, this is a really good choice.

These supplement capsules are easy to swallow. Ive read a lot about mushrooms benefits and Im excited to try taking some.

I liked all the ingredients in this product. Every time I took it my cycle began, it would stop two days after I stopped taking it and would start the same day I took it. Tried four different times, same results.

I really can tell the difference since taking Lions Mane. I feel more focused and alert. I can only put it down to the Lions Mane since nothing else has changed.

Future Kind Clarity Mushrooms appears to be a decent choice in the ever-expanding mushroom market. It includes the lauded Lion's Mane, as well as 4 other mushroom extracts that are beneficial as anti-inflammatories. There are studies indicating that mushrooms may aid in cognition and promote digestive health. Many other products don't include those 4 additional mushrooms. The extracts are in a beneficial 4:1 ratio. However, although those 4 mushrooms come from "the fruiting body" of the mushroom [stems and caps, only; no underground network, which is much less beneficial], there is no claim that the Lion's Mane comes therefrom, which makes it less potent. Further, there is no indication of the percentage of beta glucans [found in the mushroom's cell walls]; the best products boast an impressive 25%-30% or more of this critical element. The failure to include such information indicates that the percentage is likely lower, making the [typical-size] capsule less potent. As an indication of its being a quality product, however, the supplement is manufactured in the USA in an FDA inspected facility and is inspected by a 3rd party. The product's pricing is competitive, but one may consider paying an additional premium for the limited number of competitors' products that better address the Lion's Mane issues mentioned herein.
