The allure of the TrueBuds Slick Wireless Earbuds was strong. Beautiful lavender? Check. Stylish design? Check. But once I got past the pretty exterior, it was all downhill from there. For starters, the material felt about as cheap as a dollar store knock-off. Lightweight, sure, but also flimsy and far from premium. They looked good, but wearing them felt like I was handling a delicate, overpriced toy. Then there was the battery life. Or should I say, the lack thereof. A whopping 90 minutes before they conked out. Its hard to call them wireless when youre constantly tethered to a charger. The promise of long-lasting jams turned into a short-lived letdown. And the sound quality? Dont get me started. Tinny, flat, and utterly uninspiring. These earbuds made my favorite tunes sound like they were playing from an old, underwater radio. I tried to give them a fair chance, returning and ordering replacements not once, but twice. Each pair was as disappointing as the last. Finally, I threw in the towel and went with a reliable brand, because life's too short for bad audio. In the end, if youre in the market for a pretty lavender paperweight, look no further. But if youre hoping for a decent pair of earbuds, keep on searching. TrueBuds Slick? More like TrueDuds Trick.

Length of batteries reminds me of cheap gum. Less than 3 hours

Range in a little less then expected but sound quality is fine. They fit well in my ears and block out almost all other sounds. Battery is very long lasting.

I love the color pink, so I was drawn to try these earbuds. Once charged, I connected them to my phone via bluetooth connection and they connected right away with no problems. They stay connected while I am using them, and the have held their charge well (although these are not the first earbuds I will pick up so they are not getting a lot of use). The size of the earbuds are okay. They seem to fit inside of my ear canal and they sit just on the edge of my ear. They fill my ear and spill out just a little. They are pretty tight in my ear. These earbuds seem to have limited capabilities. I have to adjust the volume from my phone. If I press the button on the earphones, they shut off, or turn on. That seems to be the extent of the buttons' abilities. They earbuds automatically power on and pair with my phone when I lift them out of their charging case. The sound quality is not good; the sound seems muffled (This is the best way I can describe it). When I have the earbuds in my ears, the music is the only thing I can hear, so the do drown out other noise. I am currently wearing these earbuds while writing this review, and I don't really hear the things that are happening around me. My cat is right beside me meowing at me for attention, and I can see her meowing, but can't hear her meows. Her meow's are usually pretty loud. My husband is also watching football as I type this and I can't hear the TV either. I do not have the volume very loud on these earbuds either. The voices on the earbuds are clear, but just sound like they are muffled, or a ways away, for some reason. Given how inexpensive these earbuds are, these might be a good first earbud for kids because kids are constantly losing things. I wouldn't want these as an adult though. Maybe to have around as a backup, but these are definitely not my first choice.

My last pair of earbuds just died! I needed a new pair and I came across these. Thank goodness they are not too expensive. They are comfortable and small. They do not stick out very far from my ear and stay in pretty well. I can work out with them in my ear and no issues. These are definitely louder than my last pair and I have some moderate deafness, so I was quite surprised that I had to turn them down. Overall the sound quality is good. However, I have struggled with the mic and people hearing me on phone calls. So, I only use these when Im listening to podcasts and etc. I do not use these to talk to anyone. Most tell me that I sound like I am under water. I wear them at night before bed and sometimes I fall asleep with them in my ears. I have rolled over them a few times and they still work just fine. These only get 4 stars because of the mic issues otherwise they are good for the price!
