If you're unsure about purchasing and wondering if it will work, let me assure you that it does. I usually only need to take one to calm my nerves. It helps me sleep better and naturally decompress. I can't recommend it enough!

MUST HAVE!

Man oh man, if you get stressed or gets anxious easily, you need this in your life. I only take it when I need to, and I only take 1 capsule each time. 5 minutes after taking it, all your stress floats away. I feel so calm and relaxed. You can feel the change. Only downside though the "taste" is strong and there's an aftertaste of chamomile or lavender or both. It's quite strong. BUT STILL A MUST HAVE. STILL WORTH IT!

Very effective and fast acting

I was not expecting it to be so good. I take 2 capsules (instead of 3), and it works within 10 minutes. But take it only if you are feeling stressed else it will make you so calm that you would like to do nothing :-). It is rightly advertised for this reason (take only if needed).

Works Beautifully

I am a trained herbalist and have grown a very similar plant combination for an anti-anxiety tincture, but after a long winter and strong feelings of depression and anxiety, I sought out a close store-bought version. Trusting the Gaia brand and having used it before for other things, I decided to give this a try. These work beautifully for anxiety, stress, and sensory overload. I can go from feeling like I'm about to scream, pull my hair out, totally overwhelmed, to feeling chilled out, mellow, and happy within minutes after taking these. I haven't been taking them long, so I don't know if maybe these will build up in your system, but I will say it doesn't last as long as I'd like. Unlike with the tincture I'm used to, I cannot take a dropper full as needed. This is unfortunate, since within about 2 hours maximum, it wears off. I have been on antidepressants and anti-anxiety pharmaceuticals of all kinds since a very young age, so I think I have a pretty good grasp on the power such things can have. I would compare the feeling these give to a mild benzodiazepine (I am not a doctor, pharmacist, or anyone qualified to give advice on pharmaceuticals). I definitely recommend for anyone struggling with anxiety or insomnia. It does work!
