My 3rd pair of heel cups. My first set from the doctor keep moving towards my toes and while the comfort they offered is better than the shoe itself, I wanted to see if there was better. I bought another light blue pair that has more "cushion" in the form of larger cells. Yes they were more comfy under my heels but made my knee pain worse every time I wore them. so I got these. I feel that these are slight better than the pair I got from my doctor and I don't seem to have the same movement issues that I have with the doctor pair. Time will tell if I get these as a replacement or try another type.

Good cushioning at a reasonable price

These heel cups have as much or more cushioning than any I've received from my podiatrists. I have severe plantar fasciitis with chronic heel strike pain, so I've combined these with a traditional arch support insert, for extra heel cushioning. The bottom of the cups are have grabby silicone to keep them from sliding around in your shoe. The outer ring of the cup is a firmer material (but not hard) to keep your heel centered over the squishy inner portion. They will add height to your foot within the shoe, so you'll need a shoe with a taller heel surround and room to loosen the laces over the tongue (or an elastic vamp). I've used these for two months and so far they are holding up well. I think these would work well for anyone who has to walk a lot on hard surfaces--medical professionals, construction workers, mail carriers, etc, or anyone with chronic heel pain like me.

Nice cushion but slips around a lot

While I really like the cushion this offers, I really don't like that it tends to slip around. It's also on the thicker side which and a bit uncomfortable at first. You really need to break them before they are comfortable. But I gave up on these just because they slide around easily. If you're active, e.g. running and ekxercises, get full length insoles. Otherwise, if you're just walking then they will be fine.

Durable and shock absorbing

These heel cups appear quite solid. Despite being soft and able to absorb shocks to the heel, they also seem like the material will last a long time. These are easy to slip into any pair of shoes and offer much improved shock absorption during activity. I've used these now while out hiking as well as mowing the yard, and they have definitely helped with my foot pain. I've tried multiple varieties of heel cups and these seem to offer the best blend of durability *and* comfort that I have found.

Works good for standing

I work at a warehouse and I need to stand for long periods of time this helps so much with the pain in my heels. They fit great and dont move they are very nice the quality and material is great
