It was great when it was working. I bought it 1/11/24 and it quit 2/6/24. I had it on 12hrs. and off 12hrs. I received a replacement today, 2/17/24, but the USB plug is missing. So now it is 2/28/24 and two out of the three lights on it are out. I am returning it. I like the light when it works so I will try it one more time. But three strikes and they are out. If you don't hear from me, I finally got a good one. Otherwise, I will let you know. 4/23/24 So, I give up on this nice little light because it just died. That was a big 2 months that it worked.

Its really small I glued it to the lid of an old tank Im repurposing and its really bright so Im happy.

I have gotten 2 of these and both have stopped working within 2 weeks of ordering and it is not suction it clips somewhere you have to find a spot. Also the cord is nowhere near long enough. I was very disappointed, but customer service was good and replaced the first one but when it happened to a second I just got a different light.

Very short cable

I was under the impression that it would be sealed since it was advertised for aquarium lighting. Well the one that I received the flip side (backside) of the LEDs is exposed. Maybe I got an unfinished product? Basically its a ribbon LED cable type and the connectors are exposed on the ribbon cable. Plus also unsure that the connectors are copper plated. If they are, well it makes it extremely dangerous for some type of aquarium fish that have zero tolerance for copper in the water. If you plan to put this inside the top hood (lid) of an aquarium you will have to fill up the exposed area with either silicone or hot glue. Because condensation can short this making it extremely dangerous near water and the possible copper issue. I got this to replace the burned out LED for an Aqueon Minibow fish tank. So I had to fix it in order to use it. I used hot glue to fill the exposed backside and used two zip ties to fasten it to the inside of the hood (drilled two holes). It also doesn't come with a USB power adapter, so hopefully you got one to spare. I recommend a 5v @ 1A USB power adapter should keep the lighting bright. Not sure if this LED strip is dimmable -- its pretty bright for me so I am extremely happy with it. So I will rate this at 3 stars for not making sure this was 100% sealed and not providing a USB adapter. But I do like that there is something to get when these small tank LEDs burn out, I'd buy it again if I need more. So overall its okay, but not great since I had to waterproof it before installing it.
