I didnt realize how bloated I actually was before using this product. I can definitely feel and see a difference in my belly. My skin is clearer and my fingernails are growing longer and stronger. I feel like I poop with purpose. My bowel movements are pretty substantial! I dont go more often, but when I do I feel lighter. Its hard to explain. I just feel better all the way around. The only drawback is I sometimes struggle with swallowing pills. Other than that, Im glad that I stumbled across this product.

I like that it has a high count of probiotics with 11 different strains as well as helpful digestive enzymes and organic fruits and veggies and FOS all good for digestive and immune health. I did notice an improvement in regularity over the probiotics I was taking previously. A reasonable price for a months worth of improved digestion/bowel/immune function. I like that it is mostly organic, gluten free and vegan. I do wish it came in a glass bottle or even a biodegradable paper pouch to refill an original glass bottle. Also wish there were no silicon dioxide or rice flour in it.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I definitely feel a real difference in my well being, in particular, my level of energy and my GI tract health. I feel much less bloated than I usually do at night while using this pills, my colitis is mostly under control now. On the energy front, I have to say I am impressed, The pills are very decently sized, however, you have to take 3 of them a day. Another thing I noticed, and which may be the reason why I felt such a change in my energy level is that it comes with both Iodine and Zinc, which are very important to supplement on for a hypothyroid person like me, as well as Iron, which helps a lot with my iron deficiency anemia. Instructions do not specify if you should take them separately throughout the day or all at once, so, for the sake of convenience, I've been taking them all at once in the morning and they have worked perfectly for me. All in all, this product has an AMAZING combination of elements for a person with my particular health issues. I could not be any happier. I definitely recommend this product.
