These paint markers are easy to use! Before purchasing, I was able to watch a video provided to make sure they were easy and what I wanted. It was extremely helpful. I have marked several items thus far and all have been successful and legible when dried. The markers worked well on several types of plastic and rubber. It has been handy to mark electrical chargers for radios, computers, phone and flashlights. I haven't tried it on tires yet, but I am sure based on what I have done thus far, that they will also work well on tires, etc. I bought a one year old used battery from the local golf cart repair shop and use their marked of the same brand to write the date and the end of the 6 month warranty date on the battery in yellow, and it worked quite well. I found it to be especially helpful to mark the small ends of all types of USB cables dedicated to different items. Some use different types of ends such as the earliest USB units to the USB-C units, so this is great. The pen points are sharp enough to write on the small USB cable ends without smearing the print.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use. Was worried I received a dud since there was no ink at the tip when I opened it, but just had to shake and keep pressing down to "activate". I used it on the grey nylon strips on a new backpack for a blackout look. Did the job but wish it dried matte black and not in a glossy look. Still better than the original grey.

I bought these paint markers for use in obscuring personal and medical information on prescription bottles. I had previously been using black Sharpie markers and was frustrated by the results. The Sharpies didnt cover well and seemed to dry out, requiring me to swap pens often. These paint markers, although more expensive than Sharpies, work equally well on labels and bottles, completely obscure the data on the first pass, and do not smear. The paint remains in place even after wiping with a wet cloth. I thought that the pictured instructions were odd to begin with, but found that doing exactly what the pictures show does prepare the marker for use. After some time, when it seemed like the marker was not delivering the proper coverage, I simply executed the steps in the pictures again and it returned to delivering excellent results. I will definitely buy these again when my current set runs out of paint.
