At best maybe these do nothing

I've taken these for a while, and have noticed no difference in any of the claims that these are for. That's likely because they do nothing, but when you dig into the claims of what these are for that's not really a surprise. It's very possible that by happenstance or placebo effects you may feel better in some vague or even quantifiable way after taking these, but you may also feel better in some vague or even quantifiable way tomorrow without them. It's a roll of the dice I suppose, and maybe at best these aren't actively poison, so there's that for you. Sugar pills are cheaper, maybe?

Just finished the bottle

Just finished the last dose and am satisfied. I substituted these for my usual brand and found no difference and noticed no changes so Im satisfied with the product quality. They are a little chalky but not too bad.

Very nice but big pill size

I have been taking quercetin since 2020 and it is one of my secret weapons for helping me feel my best when I do not. This supplement contains 60 tablets, with a serving size of 1 tablet. The tablets are greenish in color and have a fruity/herbal smell to them. These are not the easiest pills to swallow as they are fairly large and have sharp edges. I try to break it slightly before swallowing and take a large gulp of water.

Does it help?

Almost finished with one bottle. You take one pill per day. It is easy to swallow, capsule sized. There is a slightly yellow powder associated with it. Doesn't have any taste or aftertaste that I can tell.
