Great Green tea without caffeine

I used to get green tea fat burner but it had so much caffeine that I got addicted to caffeine and started having headaches this is a great alternative to getting the green tea without caffeine. I've been using this for over a year now and while I'm not going to call it a diet pill it definitely gives me a few extra calories a day. It just helps my slow metabolism

So powerful you only need to take 1 pill at a time

If I take the 2 pills it says on bottle for dosage I get sick to my stomach, too much at once! I had been using the Costco Fat Burner Green Tea for years and they did not have it in the warehouse anymore or Costco online. I saw these and realized the Costco ones put a bunch of caffeine in their pills I had been taking and not so much green tea. These however are all green tea so I will save even more money having only 1 pill a day instead of 2.

Great when used with caution

More is not always better. I have purchased and used this exact green tea extract brand before, without doing research. After I reordered I did some research and all evidence I found indicates that a safe and recommended daily amount is 250-750 mg. More than that can be toxic and bad for your liver. This brand has 1000 mg per serving (2 capsules), which is more than the daily recommended amount. Not only that, but the bottle indicates to "take two (2) capsules twice a day" for maximum benefit, that's more than double the recommended daily amount. For me, green tea extract has been great for weight loss and my overall health and energy, but I'm worried about the long term health effects at the dosage suggested on the bottle. I plan on keeping this but will only take one capsule (500 mg) per day to be on the safe side. I do definitely recommend taking it with food. I didn't eat right away after taking it once and I got an upset stomach and some cramping.

This product really helps with suppressing my appetite. I take 2 a day and go ahead living my life and I feel good. The price may be a little high but very much worth it. The capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. Lastly they work for me.
