Best superfood powder

I chose this particular one because of the ingredients. The taste is ok but better than any of the other ones I have tried. Has a tiny sweet taste to it

Awful lingering aftertaste

I was hoping for a new probiotic supplement to add to my daily regime. This didn't mix well, tasted awful, and upset my stomach more than anything.

Very nutritious, maybe too sweet for some

This is a wonderful mixture of nutritious ingredients, especially for those trying to get more greens into their diet. It may be too sweet for some, as it is sweetened with stevia and that can really be too much for some folks, but I know they're trying to mask what for many is an unpleasant taste with wheatgrass and some of the other greens. For many the ashwagandha in this mixture will be a welcome addition to help take the edge off stressful days, but I have learned through more study since ordering this product that ashwagandha is not for everyone, and it is not for me. In Ayurvedic medicine there are considered to be three body types, and I am what is known as Pitta. Ashwagandha is too warming for Pitta body types, or to put it in the context of Chinese medicine, can really exacerbate liver heat, and can create a variety of unpleasant problems for us. So I would recommend before ordering this product, if you don't already know what your ayurvedic body type is, just go online and take a quick quiz to find out, and just don't order it if you're Pitta like me.

Mixes well

Not a bad flavor. Mixes easily. Seems to be quality ingredients.

Good mix of ingredients

I really enjoyed this mix in addition to my morning smoothies. I wanted something to provide me with more greens, and this did not disappoint. No problems mixing or drinking, tastes good in comparison to some other greens powders that I have tried. This has a good mix of vitamins and other additives that I was looking for.
