I recently ordered Guangna Direct Liquid Soft Head Acrylic Marker Pen 12 Colors Student Special Non-Transparent Stackable Watercolor Pen Marker Pen DIY Journal Graffiti Human Body Painting Art Pigment Brush. I am not sure why they would state "watercolor" since acrylic is different but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how easy they are to get started. No priming like other acrylic markers. You do need to shake them well but that's it. The nib is larger than I would normally like but I love that it's a soft nib more like a paintbrush rather than a marker. I am sure you can make think lines with these but I haven't accomplished that. I love the selection of colors and they tend to dry a little darker. I read that they can be stacked. I had no idea what stacking with paint markers meant - I think it means that you can paint over top of a color without it bleeding through. This is only true with some colors. If you look at my photo, the orange in the waves is a lighter orange than the orange on the sand dollars. I originally painted the sand dollar edges using brown, then decided to use orange. I think the orange is a darker shade than the orange on the waves. I also noticed that some of the lighter colors aren't as opaque as you can see the pencil marks under the acrylic, even after a few coats. All in all - I LOVE these paint pens. I love how easy they are to use right out of the box! I highly recommend it!

I ordered these markers for my wife who likes to paint rocks as a hobby. These markers caught our attention in particular because of the flexible brush like tip. My wife prefers this type of tip over the hard, fixed diameter tips you see on many paint markers. The brush like tip is more flexible and lets you feather and change the diameter of the stroke more naturally as you brush. These markers feature a brush like tip, that works so well on our rocks. We also like that the set identifies the color of a specific pen with a patch of the color on the top cap together with an identification number. When you're working with markers in many cases you have them stored upright in a cup or some other holder close to where youre working. Standing together, it's not always easy to see the color of the marker on the sides. The cap makes color identification much easier. Another aspect we like about these paint markers is their ability to be stacked over each other. By that I mean you can paint over one of the colors with another without any bleeding through. When youre painting there are times when you have to change the color of an area or line because: you changed your mind; made a mistake or just painted outside the lines. These markers can be used to paint over a previous color very effectively and with full coverage. Many times, with just one coat. There are times such as painting a dark color like brown with a light color like yellow where a second coat is needed but for the majority of times one coat works very well. If I had to make a complaint about the markers, it would be the colors themselves. Especially if you look at the color chart on the back of the box which provides examples of each color in the box. - Not all of them but a few, seem to be a little off. For example, the red seems somewhat orange, and the brown is kind of mushy instead of the deep brown shown. The lilac purple and orange are much lighter than shown. - In terms of the color pallet, there are 3 shades of blue but no true green color like you would use for grass. The pens work well, and the colors are strong and intense, but you have to get used to the actual colors that come off the brush. And you may have to buy additional sets of markers to get all the colors you need for your work. These marker pens meet the descriptions and images shown on the webpage. Were very happy with the set weve received and have added these pens to our existing collection of markers. As mentioned above, these markers and others like them that have brush-like tip are some of our favorites. And were getting used to the colors. Like any other paint you buy in a can, bottle or in this case a marker the color indicated on the box may be a little different from the one that comes off your brush. These are nice markers that flow on smoothly, offer good coverage and are available at a reasonable price. We would recommend them.

I like these paint pens. They are very fluid and i love the paintbrush tip on them. They can cover a wide variety of surfaces. They do a good job on canvas which is what i primarily use them on. You do have to shake them up but the ink is already loaded in the tip so you dont have to press them down after shaking in order to get the ink to the nib. Theyre ready to go. These pens can do both broad stroke applications as well as fine lining, you just have to know how to work with them. Think of it like youre painting with a paintbrush. You dont need much pressure to do fine lines and detail work. These pens are capable and will do it just fine. I also tried them for some graffiti work as well on paper - while they can do it, i prefer to use them for canvas. The only thing i would worry about is eventually the tip may be destroyed after fast applications. Ive used product like this before where Ive laid down backgrounds rather fast and have ended up mangling the tip only to have it later destroyed because i did not go slow with the application. Thats the only concern. But if you use them correctly, they will last you.
