I have been searching for the "ultimate" vitamin and I think I may have found it. I purchased Gulp after searching online for a product that contained all the supplements I am currently taking but in one pill. True, the recommended dosage is 4 pills from the AM bottle and 4 from the PM bottle which sounded like a lot. But when I thought about how many supplements I already take it was about the same. They are also easy to swallow. I also thought they were a little pricey. But as I added up how much I'm spending for the vitamins and daily supplements on my self, the cost per month is less than I am spending now. Since I have taken them as directed for 8 days now, I feel like I can write a review about the results I have experienced. I am not qualified to speak about every ingredient contained in the capsules, only how they make me feel after having taken them for over a week. I have sleep problems due to my age. I am 78 years old and believe me I have tried a lot of sleep aids. The PM capsules calm my nerves at night and make me drowsy. I have slept like a baby most nights plus, and this is a big plus for me, I wake up refreshed with no sedative hang over. The AM capsules give me more consistent energy throughout the day with no sudden drop off. I also feel like my brain cognitions is clearer and with no brain fog. I also suffer with daily joint pain from osteoarthritis and aging. I am waiting to see if I feel improvement in this area because I realize it will take more than a week for me to feel a difference. Fantastic experience overall! I am a pretty experienced vitamin consumer. I have been taking a handful of supplements for many years now to help with a number of issues. You just cant get everything you need nutritionally in a one-a-day vitamin. I if found it to be quite expensive to purchase several different specific supplements to support my health needs, but I think it is worth it. A high-quality multivitamin + omega 3 + probiotic + brain supplement + joint health supplement, etc. is what Im looking for. I was looking for ways to consolidate but not compromise on the quality and efficacy. I was considering another highly rated morning/evening pill pack multivitamin on ZeeBooth and found Gulp Vitamins during my search. I see in the reviews that some are concerned with the number of pills you have to take daily, which is 8 total, 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. For some people that may seem like a lot, but honestly to get the quantity of nutrients your body needs every day it requires taking several pills. I have taken way more than this at some points in my vitamin journey. By the way the size of the pills is a standard size veggie cap. Definitely not horse pills. They are normal to swallow. My personal weeks experience: Day 1 I stopped my previous supplement routine and only took Gulp Vitamins Whole Body Ultimate. I took the AM product with breakfast. (I do recommend eating with it). I saw an increase in energy, but in fairness it could have been the day. I took the PM product 30 minutes before bed and fell asleep quickly. I slept well without interruption through the evening. I do have some sleep quality issues and this supplement was amazing! I felt much better in the morning. I am getting older and also noticed less joint stiffness the next morning. I looked at the blend of ingredients for inflammation and joint pain the next day and it is impressive, and so I do believe it is effective. Rest of the Week I continued to take the AM supplement daily with breakfast and experienced a nice steady boost of energy that lasted through the afternoon. it kept happening all week, so I think it was the vitamins. Its certainly not a big caffeine type of energy boost but a more natural sustained energy with a noticeable improvement in brain function and clarity. Really, I was amazed. I could just think better. Also, this product claims to have 1 billion CFU probiotics and a separate digestive blend. It has only been a week but I do notice better digestion with less gas and bloating during meals. Probiotics was something I really wanted in a multivitamin. Because taking a separate probiotic has been really expensive. I continued to take the PM supplement about 30-60 minutes before bed. My sleep quality has been great since taking Gulp. It has 5mg melatonin. I know that some sources say not to take melatonin long-term, but the current clinical consensus is that daily melatonin consumption is considered safe. I have been taking melatonin for long periods and have not had problems. I would recommend speaking with your doctor if your taking medications since it appears to interfere with some prescriptions. Also, I continue to see improvements in my joint pain daily, especially noticeable in the morning. Much better for you than taking NSAIDs. I keep going back and looking at all the ingredients in this product. It is really comprehensive. I cant find anything I am missing. Overall, I am really impressed with Gulp Vitamins. I am hoping I can replace most, if not all, of my other supplements with just this one product. So far I have noticed even better results compared to my other supplement routine. I will continue to use and will post an update if my results change.
