GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens Interdental Brushes, Wide, Plaque Removal, 10 Count...

The GUM brushes are excellent for cleaning between teeth. I use them after each meal. I Also love the fact they can be reused. I have different size brushes as to not force the brush between teeth. Excellent product.

Son uses these for his braces. Works well - a must when having braces. Soft but effective brush.

This ultra tight size works for interdental spaces up to about 1mm. Its too wide for a few of my tightest tooth contacts, but the only smaller size seems to be currently unavailable. Brushes work great to supplement flossing-I found that some food remnants, especially fibrous ones, are easier to remove with a Brush than with floss. Buy a small package at first, so you can check that the size works for you.

These are so much easier to use than floss, and while they may not be a perfect replacement for everyone, they're certainly an excellent suppliment. You know how the dental hygenists always poke into your gums, will since I've been using these, it's much less painful and they've actually complimented me on how much better/healthy they are. I use these every day - in a couple different sizes.

Its easy to take with you daily. It really gets those areas where the plaque tends to hide. You can use it many times and of course you have to clean it off! Its nice that it has a top on it. They are very inexpensive and the quality is high as this brand always is. I used to be in Dentistry so I can say that this is some thing that everyone should have when they are away from home.
