Extra clean feeling

I love the extra clean feeling I get after using the pulling oil and then brushing my teeth. The oil in the individual packs has a more minty flavor, which makes it easier to use. Its definitely better than brushing alone, and 10x better than just brushing your tongue. Definitely would recommend.

Clean, Fresh Minty Mouth

As I have gotten older, I have noticed I suffer from dry mouth and my teeth are sensitive to stains from coffee and tea. My acupuncturist recommended I try oil pulling to see if it would help my dry mouth and freshen my breath. A few things 1) you do have to pull it through your teeth for like 5-10 mins. I can do it for that long. I only do like 3-5 mins. but I still see results. 2) DO NOT SPIT IT DOWN THE SINK. Spit the oil in a trash can. 3) It does leave my mouth very minty and fresh and I feel like it stays that way for longer than brushing alone. 4) my teeth appear whiter after consistent use. This also comes in a cinnamon flavor...stick with the mint.

Love the convenience of this, but the taste was a very pleasant surprise! Really love this oil. As an aside, just for your info, this is liquid coconut oil, not solid.
