It has improved my mood tremendously and I love it!

Easy to swallow and seems to really give me the burst of energy I need. No bad taste and the quality of the vitamins are great.

Ive been taking the Stress Relief vitamins for a few years now and I use it for many things ; for work , anxiety , PMS/menstrual cycle or taking it before bed (when my body is awake but my mind is tired) ; all sorts of things. So with the relaunch of the new packaging - they indeed have kept the same formula ! HOWEVER they have changed the serving size from 1 capsule /60 servings per bottle to 2 capsules/30 servings per bottle. I was not a huge fan of this until I read the supplement facts. The new serving size lists every ingredient as doubled which is good , but keep in mind your taking twice the amount (2 capsules) of what the old formula(1 capsule) suggested. The way i look at is this : if you like the effect of the 1 capsule (the former serving suggestion) -you can continue taking 1 capsule and you get 60 servings out of the new product just like you did with the old one. If you wanted to increase the effects take the 2 capsules servings and you still get 30days of product. The only thing I concretely DISLIKE about the new packaging is that it is NOT as good ! The twist top was more convenient , efficient, quicker and accommodating. Having to take the top off of the new product is annoying as someone who hates opening medication/vitamin bottles because of the hassle sometimes . The TWIST TOP was better. Luckily for me - I have the old packaging that Im going to continue using but for those who dont have old packaging, it kinda sucks .

Love this for staying calm and lessening worry.

I recently got these and I am happy with my purchase. Easy for me to swallow and I like the vitamins in this supplement.
