I used it for handspring engery.

Upon putting these on they felt great. I soon realized though do they do slide down the leg when walking and do not stay in place. I have a nasty chronic case of Hamstring Tendinitis. I slept in them and it is the good sleep I have had in a long time. For my pain wakes me up and prevents me from going back to sleep. I was going to return them for I have bought a set that wraps and Velcros and that is what I need when standing and walking. I am keeping the pretty pink sleeves for even I just use them for better sleep it is well worth it. If you need compression that will stay put I would recommend the compression that wraps with Velcro closure. The pink pair is a pretty color and have now had hamstring compression for a week now and I can now sit without being in excruciating pain

The Chart stated I would need a large, the large I ordered is no use to me, its too big, I should have ordered a medium, The won't stay on, and ZeeBooth didn't put the items a packing, they shipped it with a label placed on product and both ends was open, then I asked for a refund, ZeeBooth sent the same item back with no packing.

When I started playing pickleball 5-6 times a week, I ran into the limits of what my body can withstand: over the last few months I had issues with tight fascia, tight muscles, tight IT band (which is also fascia). I had to take some time off and recover. I tried several compression sleeves in hope they would help, both when I played with onset of discomfort and during recovery. I have a sleeve designed for the knee which is tight, tried it, it is a tight fit but perfectly tolerable, and I found that within hours it makes the pain around the knee worse. Much worse. Probably too much pressure (on the patella?) is not necessarily good. I pulled this thigh sleeve over the knee, it sits not too tightly (not surprisingly, as sizing was for the hip), I can squeeze all my fingers under it easily, but it is not lose either, and every time I put it on, the painful feelings around the knee subside within hours! It exerts some gentle compression but not too much, and creates a feeling of warmth. I can walk in it through the day and can sleep in it. I am a tall guy with wide bones, so I was already using the largest size of knee sleeve but it was still too tight, evidently. So I use it not as intended, but in this capacity, it works wonders! It is long enough to cover the knee, and if it does not have a slightly bent in the middle shape, who cares - it is very flexible! Now, the downside is that it stretches out and becomes lose after several days, even when it is used on the knee where it is stretched less. It literally becomes wider by half an inch when folded! But I found an easy fix. You do what you are not supposed to do - wash it in hot water and dry it in a dryer (I still use medium heat, though). Then the fabric shrinks, it becomes smaller again, back to the size where it started, with no visible damage of any kind. I think it is a gentle compression combined with a warming effect that does the trick. Whatever is the component of its magic, it works for me, and I will take it!
