Works well

When I started to get eczema on my hands my doctor suggested that instead of washing my hands with water when out that I purchase hand sanitizer with very little alcohol. I was pleasantly surprised by these. It does not burn my hands the way other hand sanitizers do and it really moisturizes my hands. My only complaint is that the tubes are so small. I need to see if they have a larger one.

Good moisturizer, not good sanitizer.

I thought a non-alcohol-based hand sanitizer would be good, as alcohol dries my hands. This hand sanitizer does a good job of moisturizing the hands, but the active compound (benzalkonium chloride) is only active against Gram + bacteria, which leaves out infections caused by Gram - (classic example of Gram negative bacteria very common: the Escherichia Coli). It is also not recommended by the CDC or the FDA against COVID19. The claim that it kills 99.9% of bacteria and germs seems somewhat inaccurate to me. I recommend continuing to use alcohol-based hand sanitizers, this is good for use at home and as a moisturizer.
