Really well built. Holds air tag nicely. The cord is super strong so its a little hard to move around if trying to connect it to something non standard. But that's a great thing meaning will be hard to break off. I wish I had found these earlier.

This may work well for regular luggage use, but they are totally breakable. Breakable, in two ways at least, by my toddler. My boy went through a playing hide and go seek without telling anyone phase at Daycare, and the building is small and the kids well supervised, and the first three times they found him very quickly. The last time, he managed to hide so well that the police were called and he was found safe shortly afterwards by a teacher. It was alarming though, and so I decided for a short time to attach an AirTag to my child so that if he played his game again, his teachers could just click on their phone to play the tune on the AirTag and hear where he was, preventing a building-wide panic. I tried several different AirTag holders to attach to his belt loop. He managed to crack one of these towards the top of the holder (I dont know how), and then shredded apart the cable and pulled it out of one side of the other. Fortunately, being AirTagged and consequences at home and daycare was enough to stop his behavior, but he broke both of these in less than two days. I know, unusual use, but hes not very strong, and only wore them for a few days, and managed to break both with his tiny hands without his teachers noticing. Again, these may work totally fine for luggage or other daily use, but they arent unbreakable at all. I think theyre worth the price if they work for you. They were easy to open, insert the AirTag, close, and secure. They werent that noticeable on his belt loop and I think they were very attractive. I would probably buy them again for something like attaching to the inside of my purse or laptop bag.

If you have good dexterity and you are prepared to not fiddle with it, then it's okay. Breaking that down, you need a little allen wrench to open it so you can insert your AirTag, then carefully wrap the little steel cable around whatever it's going to go around before holding everything in place and retightening the tiny screw. Whatever you do, though, do not lose that allen wrench because you're going to need it to refresh the battery at some point, or move the holder if you later decide you don't like what it's attached to. If you got through the setup, then you can be pretty confident this will stay in place until you or someone else shows up with an allen wrench.

I was looking for a set of Airtag holders that I could use for my luggage, but also use as a keychain so I stop losing my keys. Most Airtag holders could attach to a keychain, but I was looking for something more direct to minimize bulk. This set looked like there was quite a bit of loop to attach my keys to directly. After receiving the set, I saw that this was true - there was lots of room for my keys. I was also pleased to see that it only required one screw to close and secure the holder, and this screw was already screwed in by default. The holders in my previous set had two separate pieces to comprise the shell and required 4 TINY screws per shell, and they came in just a bag of screws, so I had to separate these tiny screws out and insert them all. This screw is bigger, and the case is hinged, so it is much easier to assemble. Another classy touch is that it included one allenwrench for EACH holder, so you have extras in case you lose one, or you can give the holders to other people and include the tool. The cable is fairly thick for its size, and the ends attach very securely inside the case. While I prefer to keep the holder hidden inside the luggage, but this seems secure enough that I'd consider leaving on the outside of the luggage. Overall, I'm very happy with this set.

I requested and received for free these AirTag Holders last week to test it and give my honest opinion. I tried it out over the past four days and here are my first impressions. I have been bringing my father-in-law to the Atlantic City Casinos for the past 6 or 7 years. We usually go five or six times a year for three or four days at a time. He likes to get up and move from slot machine to slot machine without me or other family members tagging along. Usually never a problem, but the darn casinos are so big that there are times we need to get hold of him (like when he is an hour late of our agreed meeting time for dinner) and the casinos are so noisy that he rarely hears his phone ringing or feels it vibrating. The "find my" People function on the phones never seemed to work good enough to pin down his exact slot machine seat, so my solution last year was to get a set of AirTags and have him put one in his wallet. That plan worked great until our second trip with the AirTag when he lost it and we didn't find out until we were 150 miles away back home. I'm guessing it was swept up and thrown away as it's last location looked like the Atlantic City Trash Transfer Station . I had purchased a set of rubber basic holders to attach to his casino card necklace, but I thought better still, these will lock on and it will be impossible for him to remove it by accident while flipping thru all his different casino cards on his neck lanyard as he goes from machine to machine. I will be using the other AirTag Holders on much less important things like my ZERO Briefcase full of the money we win at the casinos and our cars.
