I take these for the apparent circulatory benefits and am fully satisfied with the product.

I took it for about 3 weeks and never saw a difference sadly I cant take too many supps so looking for something better.

It's always hard to review these types of items when you don't have the medical equipment to do the scientific research that even major corporations either don't have, or refuse to use. But I will say this: in the time that I've been using these, along with my other supplements, I haven't noticed a decline in my overall feelings of health. For instance, I once included a pill that made me vomit on two separate days, so I had to change the order and way I did that one. And since I've been doing the same routine for so long, I've been pretty regular- thus predictable- and I now have a very intimate knowledge and feel for how my body is responding to things. If anything, I've noticed an improvement in my overall abilities; more energy, less forgetfulness. I would absolutely recommend these, and think that people will not only benefit from them, but will not be disappointed in them.

This product works well to help with digestion issues. Prior to ordering this I had read a lot about Hawthorn Berry and how it could help the heart. I couldn't use it myself after ordering Because unfortunately the company does not label whether it is gluten free or not. I only realized that after ordering. I ended up having someone else try it and it worked well for them. Just wish I could have tried it.
