`Doesn't Stick

The pad does not stay in place---not one pad stayed on longer than 3 minutes. If the pad won't stick, you receive no relief. A complete waste of money.

Works well but needs more adhesive.

This patch is the only patch that I have used that has that "icy/hot" feeling all day long. I use this on my knee under my knee brace and it stays in place that way but without the brace it wants to roll up and come off after a few hours or less (if you're moving around a lot). If you have muscle pain or joint pain, I'd definitely give this one a try.

Works great

I threw one of these on my shoulder the other day and it worked great. For the price you get a good amount of patches. I would definitely recommend these patches if you find you need this type of product.

Work great

These patches from HealthWise work great! They have a very sticky adhesive so it's important to be careful it doesn't fold over on itself when applying. It's very hard to get them peeled off of themselves if this happens. Once applied to the skin, it stays in place well for me. Works great. Love that you get 15 of them. For the lower back, they could be slightly larger but I believe this size is pretty standard.

A Great Alternative to the Name Brand

I am wearing one of these on my lower back as I type this, and it feels great. The same active ingredient and size as the name brand for up to half the price depending on the quantity purchased. Each patch comes in its own easy-to-open pouch and is easy to apply. Very happy that the expiration date is 3 years out.
