I purchased the old version of this product in September of 2023 and it felt a little flimsy and stopped charging after 6 months. I shared my experience as a review on ZeeBooth and Hearprotek reached out to me to offer a full refund. I was so impressed that a company would actually keep an eye on reviews and stand behind their product like that that I decided to give the brand another chance. Im glad I did because the new version feels far more substantial and the charging port feels better built (no movement within the port with the charger or failure to connect). Its only been 2.5 months but so far so good. The product is very comfortable to sleep in and the sound quality is pretty good for such a small, in ear headphone. The wired connection ensures that you dont lose earbud if it falls out in the middle of the night. Its Bluetooth connection is very reliable. If I had one recommendation for the next version of the product design it would be to provide a variety of ear bud sizes / replacements for more specific ear canal fit. Its a very minor issue but I wish the ear buds were slightly larger. For example, I have a set of JBL buds that I use for running and they come with a variety of ear buds that ensures a perfect fit.

I had purchased the previous version of these earbuds. They fit good but did have issues, one died in about a year, second set had low sound from one earbud. With that said at this price I couldn't help but try these out to see if they had fixed some of the quality issues with the newer version. I have tried many different sleep buds or small ear buds. These are the best for fit and comfort. The headband ones make you sweat and sound horrible. I have beats pro and if you lay on your side your in pain in less than 30 minutes. I haven't tried Airpods but have had per ear buds. Not as comfortable and they fall out. Finding them in bed at 3am not fun! Pros - Wireless but with neck band, thought this was bad till tried it, won't go back to individual buds Fits in ear even better. Spouse agrees. So comfortable I can sleep all night Sound blocking is excellent, no wake ups from random snores from spouse. :) Sound blocking so good, can't even hear white noise machine! Just my book or music when sleeping Great Price, even if they only last a year I would purchase again Battery life is excellent Cons - Micro USB connector, please go to USB C in next revision No pass through feature. Would be great feature so do not have to remove to have quick conversation. Mic already there, figure it would be a great add for functionality My spouse and I liked the old "Power On" voice better. :)

Update: The company offered me a refund, which I happily accepted, and used to buy another set of the older style. They may not sound quite as good, but are so much more comfortable for me. Original post: They seem to work better in general, staying connected better and the voice is less annoying. But they are more uncomfortable than the last ones. Those were soft and squishy, but the sound quality suffered a little. These sound a tiny bit better, but are hard and can ache after a bit. If you don't put much weight on your ears, they are great. Just not for me. They also have less battery time. The last ones were over 20 hours, these are only 13.
