Heat Erasable Fabric Marking Pens with 28 Refills for Tailors Sewing, and Quilting Dressmaking, 4 Colors Heat Erase Pens for Fabrics....

I have been using these as refills for the name, brand heat, erase pen, and they are the exact same, but at a fraction of the cost. I have used all the colors on white and cream fabric and they come off and leave zero residue. I HIGHLY recommend these. I do with I could find someone that sells refills of only white because I go through that color fast but either way, save your money and buy these instead of the other brand!

Didn't know I could use a pen like this to mark for my quilting. It is great! Made the visibility of my lines for hand quilting so much easier to see. Loving it!

Like so many others who bought these pens, white was the color I wanted most of all. I do counted cross stitch and had purchased other pens in blue some time ago and they work fine, but I tried all the white refills that came in this package and none of them worked well. I had to keep going over and over to get even a slight mark. All the other colors worked well, but I didn't really need that. I have read reviews on other white markers and most of them say that white doesn't work. It's the biggest complaint I see for all the marking pens. Why can't they make a white "ink" that works???

There are no assembly instructions that come with the product, so I had to fiddle with it before I got it working. I felt I had to write this review to guide others. The problem is in the wording of the instructions where the writer assumes you, the consumer, is skilled at assembling and understands how things work. Not so, even if it appears to be common sense. After fiddling with it, it all worked perfectly fine. Its actually simple, but I should not have had to spend time figuring out how to get it done. So here it is in photos. I hope it helps you. It helps if you identify the parts first--see Photo 1. 1. First remove the protective cap. 2. Then unscrew the metal tip. This is the part of assembly that wasnt described by the seller. Set aside the tip to replace later. 3. Then take one ink refill and remove and discard the plastic tip covering the point end. 4. Slide it through the hole from where you unscrewed the metal tip (NOT THE CAP END!). The point end should be jutting out once the bottom of the refill tube reaches the cap endno need to force it through the tube. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE CAP END. It stays in place. 5. Replace the metal tip by screwing it back in. Youre now ready to use the pen. Always replace the protective cap to prevent the ink from drying out. 6. MARKINGS: The 1st row of broken lines shows markings on cotton knit. The 2nd row shows how instantly the mark disappears by applying heat from a flatiron. The 3rd row shows white markings on extra thick wool. Wait a bit before the white lines appear as the lines wont show instantly like the other ink colors.
