The leash handle has a comfortable grip, just like the harness handle. Overall this combo is great quality and I highly recommend it, just be certain to get the correct size!

Sturdy, easy to adjust, and has reflective strips for safety. Made out of nylon and dries well if your dog is a fan of hiking trails and creeks. Because it's not a full heavy harness my dog doesn't overheat wearing it. Leash can be attached at rear or front of harness. Our dog trainer recommends we use the front chest clip while training to walk and feels this harness is a good solution for large dogs.

I like this harness, but it was a bit large for my dog. I know she will grow into it, but for now, it isn't proving itself to work as well as I feel it could. When my dog pulls, the whole harness sort of goes with her. I think it helps to slow her down with the pulling, but overall, she needs to be bigger for this to be a proven winner.

Initial impression: The item arrived in good condition without drama. The harness is a bit heavier-duty than is the included leash, and both are good quality and well stitched. The buckles are familiar and sturdy enough. The leash clasp also is familiar, but seems nicer than others I have that can bind. Usage: The harness requires a careful fit to avoid shifting to the side as the dog pulls away to sniff something. Pulling straight ahead if Mr. doggie decides to dig in his heels will result in scrunching up of the harness up around the neck. While this is not a problem with comfort, it seems as if he figures things out he might be able to slip out by pulling backwards and dropping his head. That has not happened yet, but I'm watching. Other harnesses are much the same, and once again a good fit is important. Verdict: Nice harness. Recommended.

This harness is very well built, and makes it easy to control our dogs from either the leash hookup or the handle on top. It is very easy to adjust, and the dogs (Dalmatians) seem comfortable in the large sized one, though your pupper's size my vary the need for a different size. Has velcro attachment points for patches if needed, but we don't use them. Overall, we're very happy with the quality of the harness!
