Excellent value

Without question these make a difference in my heels. Got a pair of low kitten heels for a special event and the metatarsal pads made a big difference. They take up a little bit of room in the shoe, of course, so I wouldn't say these would be great for heels that are already snug. You want a little spare room available. So from now on I'll order a 1/2 size bigger in heels or sandals and put these in. And for about $10 at time of review for the ability to modify two pairs of shoes, maybe even more if you use the heel pads, I think it's a remarkable value.

Inner Shoe pads - Very Helpful in Cushioning the Feet

The shoe pads are comfortable and provide great cushion as well as helping my foot not slip inside the shoe while walking. The manufacturer's instructions are very helpful, and they are provided in writing and pictures to aid in proper insertion. I chose the black pads to match a couple of pairs of black shoes and had a much better experience with the shoes with the metatarsal pads inserted.
