This is a so-so remedy for wrist pain.

It is not form fitting. It's just a rectangle with a hole for the thumb, so it doesn't hit all the spots where you need cold. The other problem with it is that there is insufficient padding over the ice--I had to use a piece of terry cloth inside the wrap over the ice to be able to stand wearing it. I think it would be fine if you have a really high tolerance for cold, and small hands.

Freedom of movement it offers.

At first i wasn't sure I liked the fit, but have grown to really appreciate the mobility this offers. Instead of being stuck sitting with an ice pack, I can actually accomplish tasks, and even drive while wearing this. I have actually worn it to the gym. I only wish it came with a back up ice pack to keep in the freezer ready to switch out. Can't beat the price or the fast shipping.

Comfortable and effective

These are so comfortable. The gel packs got cold quickly in the freezer and fit easily into the brace. I like that they're adjustable instead of a fixed size. Highly recommend for anyone with wrist pain.

Great product but I couldn't use

I bought this to get some pain relief after carpal tunnel surgery. The wrap itself is absolutely perfect! It was nicely packaged and had a little carry case with it in a very nice note from the manufacturer. Very easy to use. The gel pack you has folds in it so it's very flexible to wrap where you need it. I ended up returning it, ONLY because the bandaging I got after surgery was so thick, it wouldn't fit around my wrist nor penetrate all that gauze. If you have arthritis or another type of injury this is a perfect product to get. I felt compelled to say something because it is a great product even though I couldn't use it.

Easy & works

Easy to use either hot or cold. It stays cold about 15 mins out of the freezer. It's been used cold & hot for wrist, hands, knees & over the shoulder on different people. My Mom even uses it on her lower back after gardening. Velcro has a strong bond, but is not difficult to pull apart.
