It is purported to provide active immune support and wellness. The supplement is gluten-free, vegan, and free from synthetic additives, artificial fillers, binders and excipients. The herbs used in the product are grown in India. As with any supplement consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition or are planning any medical procedures. The medium-sized capsules were easy to swallow and had no taste, aftertaste, or odor. The brown plastic bottle was coded for recycling as type 1 resin. It was sealed with a foam disk for freshness. The twist-open cap was easy to operate as it was not child resistant. It was sealed with a shrink wrapping for tampering evidence. A good value when offered at about $26 at the time of our review. For the 60-capsule bottle, that's about $.43 per capsule or $.86 per two-capsule daily suggested dose.

I like that this immunity supplement contains ashwagandha as well as extra vitamin C and zinc. I take ashwagandha powder regularly in my morning smoothies as a powder and another capsule with dinner as it provides both energy for the day and a calm feeling at night. This product has a lot less than I normally take, but if youve never tried it before, you may feel enough benefit with this amount of 280 mg. Amla berry, elderberry, and turmeric are also included in these vegan and gluten free capsules. For less than $1/day, I recommend this supplement for extra support during flu season and any extra stressful times of the year.

I should also point out that Ashwagandha is also thought to have a calming effect on the body, a quality especially important before bedtime when I am preparing for sleep at night. I am happy to have this product among the supplements I take on a daily basis and am hoping that it helps to keep me well.
