Installing the first of the two Hiseeu Light Bulb Security Camera Wireless WiFi almost went seamless once it was figured out there was a switch on the outdoor light for constant power or dusk-to-dawn. I'm installing the first camera only 150 feet from the router in my house, but there are multiple walls between the two buildings. Depending on where I install the second security camera, I must order at least one WiFi Signal Booster. I like that I'll be notified of movement in areas of my choice, and setup is easy compared to my current whole-house security system. The security lights come with 64 GB SD cards but can support 128 GB SD cards. Cloud storage is available for a fee. I want to explore the various options for this small but powerful security camera, but first, I need to speed up the WiFi. I am 75 years old, and if I can install the security camera, you can too. Lightbulb camera: I already had the app installed from an outdoor camera of theirs and this one connected automatically when I plugged it in. That was refreshing because it was a severe hassle with the first camera. It has a good picture. The camera has many useful functions. It will alert you if someone walks past and will save videos to the sd card without subscribing to any service. It uses a continuous recording mode so that you can go back over continuous footage. It will use cruise mode to move around in a programmed motion to watch different areas. The software is not great though. It is a pain to go through and figure out what's going on in the history, but thankfully that shouldn't be often for me. Many of the functions keep opening the cloud storage and trying to get you to buy their storage service. The camera sometimes makes mechanical whirring noises as it tracks movement and that is recorded louder than environmental sounds. The tracking option doesn't always work great and if someone walks past before it catches up, it will just stop moving. There is sometimes lag and it's only a few feet from the router. The motion detection feature keeps turning itself off and I have no clue why. And sometimes it just doesn't notice movement at all, seems like it's napping. For the most part, it seems to work and these events aren't constant, but still wouldn't trust it to be a security system where I rely on it to know if someone has entered the house. Overall, I think it is better than a lot of the generic cameras I've tried and it seems like it will work for my intended purposes, but I don't think it would be great for security since it's not 100% reliably alerting to movement or logging events.

The media could not be loaded. I have has this camera up for a month now and it's work great. It was super to install- just screws right into a socket. No need to run a wire. And it was also compatible with my existing Hiseeu camera security system. It rotates and has motion sensor detection. At night it work great too. Great quality in the video surveillance. You can also go back and watch what happened through the phone app. I recommend this to everyone looking for a outdoor camera.

We use to monitor our pets while were away and for security. Its very sensitive even to flying insects and lights coming from cars headlights

Im still trying to get those to work, they dont seem to have their own app and so there are compatibility issues from hell here. And I really wish I could put it on a screen larger than my phone. Something like an iPad that my parents can see as they are elderly and the phone screen is just too small to make out for them so I would not recommend this for anyone thats older with vision problems, or anyone that has difficulty with tech in general, as this requires several handshakes between a generalized and not specific app for the product, the Wi-Fi/network system, and a screen big enough to see for all the folks with bad vision
