This is Erilano Holographic cardstock is a lot of fun to work with. It has great sparkle, but you do have to be careful not to scratch the finish (looking at you Cricut star wheels). I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the holographic layer separates quite easily from the paper. This makes it unsuitable for intricate cuts or edges that will be handled frequently. I decoupage it onto wood that I then laser cut. I seal the cut edges with polyurethane. I doubt that very many others are using it in this way, but it does work great! You can also coat it with clear poly and it will dry invisible. I have used a lot of holographic cardstock and this is the first one that has separated so easily. To me, that seems to indicate a softer, less-dense paper stock that shreds more easily. That makes it less durable. Thicker does not always mean stronger. I hope this review gives you a sense for how the paper will behave.

Pretty cool paper. Extra shiny from certain angles; not from others. While it feels a bit thicker than traditional cardstock, it works with die cutters just like other cardstock.

I'm really excited about this paper! It's so shiny and eye catching. I do alot of paper related crafts and I can use this for many different things! This cardstock seems to be of good quality. It's thicker but not too thick. I was expecting the thickness of something like the Recollections brand that you would get from Michaels because that's what I know for cardstock as it's all I've ever had. This is easier to bend than that, so it's good for projects like where bending is necessary. It's also good for projects where you need it to stay flat, but be careful if you bend it a little too much because it seems to hold the bend shape. This is good cardstock paper though, despite this. I also tested the print ability. I tried with the Brother LaserJet printer and the Canon Inkjet printer that I have. There were pros and cons to both. The Laserjet printer made the paper curve way more than I would have liked and my printer made some unhappy noises. The curve still exists on this sheet of paper even a few weeks later. But the ink from this printer is still holding up just fine! The Inkjet printer didn't make the paper curve which is great. However, the ink did not stick at all. It looks good, but if you even touch it just a little bit- the ink smears. So really I'm not sure how well printing on this paper will be. These are the only two printers I'm able to test this on, so use this info as you will. Overall though I think this paper is a great buy and I recommend it!

This is beautiful cardstock. I love using this for die cutting pieces for my cards. This paper cuts cleanly in my manual die cutter and made wonderful sentiments with the thin words cutting perfectly. I love the little bit of color flash that this paper has. It adds a lot to my crafts. The thickness is perfect, not too heavy yet stiff enough to really work well for my purposes. The price for 20 sheets of this material is reasonable. Its going to add a lot of flair to my crafts. I would definitely purchase this again.

I ordered this pack of 20 sheets of Erilano Holographic Cardstock Paper 8.5x11 to use as a background for transparent/translucent cyanotypes. I've used a variety of materials to serve as backgrounds for cyanotypes that I've printed on transparencies or translucent paper. This holographic cardstock paper works quite well for that purpose. I glue it to my backer board and then place the matted cyanotype over it before framing. Light that shines through the highlight areas of the cyanotype reflects off of the holographic card stock in a particularly attractive way. Im pretty sure that most people will not be using this card stock the way I am using it. For those, I can say that this card stock is nice and thick but is still easy to cut. I've cut it using scissors, a rotary trimmer, and my school's Cricut machine. The holographic coating does not detach from the paper when it is cut. I did run a sheet of this through my Epson 8550. I printed on the white side of the paper and it did a good job at accepting the dye ink without running or smearing. It is rather thick, so your printer may or may be able to print on it.
