The flavor of this is great and overall I think it's a quality product. I see other reviews saying how great it works and how they have seen results. Sadly, I have not seen any results after a month of usage. Will it help after taking it for a longer period of time? I honestly have no idea but I'll keep trying it for awhile longer. Overall, I'm glad it seems to be working for others but as of yet, I haven't seen any results for myself.
