It's a good mouse so far. A bit pricey but I guess that is because of the HP brand. I buy through ZeeBooth because of convenience, not price.

Left mouse button died after only 3 days of minimal use. Initial impression was that the mouse shell and button feel was very cheaply made and it proved to be the case far sooner than expected. So much for HP brand name quality. Ordered Logitech Signature M550 L to replace it.

Yeah, It's okay. It's not the best HP mouse I have used. I really wanted to replace my 10-year-old plus HP MORFEYUO Wireless Optical Comfort Mouse. Unfortunately HP don't make those any more. The nearest I could find was this HP 250 Dual Mouse Anyway, as I stated, it's okay. It works but the optional Bluetooth connection is unreliable. The dongle connection seems fine though.

After one-week of use, this HP 250 Dual Mouse has been flawless. Inside the box, both the battery and the USB transmitter were secured in the packaging material. The included battery was a high-quality Duracell battery. Not a cheap, short-lived battery. I thought that was a nice touch. The mouse also has a designated storage space inside the battery compartment for the transmitter. The mouse can connect with its transmitter or with Bluetooth. They both work well. The Bluetooth connection is excellent and instant, with no lag, except that it takes a second to respond after being idle for an extended period. It only took a few seconds to set up, and the mouse pointer appeared on my screen right away. The scroll wheel has a satisfying back-and-forth scrolling experience. The mouse glides smoothly across my mouse pad and the ergonomic shape feels very comfortable in my hand. Even when I move it from the mouse pad to my shiny contact paper, it maintains a consistent performance without any hesitation. The screen pointer continues to move smoothly. Unlike my other mouse, which doesn't work well on contact paper, this mouse performs perfectly on contact paper and other surfaces. Overall, this wireless office mouse is perfect for me. I would consider this mouse mid-level in terms of features and performance, but I dont need any additional whistles and bells. I wanted a high-quality mouse like this, and the fact that it's an HP brand gives me confidence that it will be durable for a long time. So far, its been a great experience with this mouse.
