I like that it comes with the attached bone shaped mat. It doesnt move around and is easy to clean. The size is just right.

We have a 2 pound kitten so the dishes that come with this are perfect! They are small enough to keep him from falling in and they wash well in the dishwasher! As for the mat, it is oversized and just to bulky. I prefer not to use it although it does hold the dishes in place. Other than that, I would prefer to buy the dishes next time without the bulky mat.

I recommend placing it on a wall like this so that it does not move. It is beautiful and big. It is not wide but it is deep. My baby's plate is a large size.
