ICU Nursing Notebook - large print patient template notebook, quick charting for medical emergency note taking...

This really is the PERFECT ICU patient report paper. My only downside is I wish I had more room for labs and History of patients. But it doesnt bother me enough to NOT use it. Ill keep buying this book to use at work because it really fits ALL my needs while working in ICU. It doesnt work as great if you work a med-Surg floor just given how many pages you would have to use but if flipping through pages doesnt bother you its great! I like this for when I have ICU or step down ICU patients.

This is my second one. Love the layout. Been using these over a year now every day I work. Only thing Id change is making the chief complaint section waaaay bigger. It is way too small for my icu patients that have been inpatient for 3+ months.

I bought this to make notes and reports for my new job in the ICU. I love how organized it is and clean. The sheets are spacious and provide information practically on everything vital you will need for your patient in the icu. I will use this and I love that its like a notebook that is convenient go carry!

I love the idea of this book! I originally was using the smaller one, med surg one..so I was super excited when i came across this ICU version. The layout is great! It covers mostly everything i need. My only complaint is that the pages rip put way too easy :( the first few pages began to rip out like in the picture uploaded and pretty much the rest of the book is ruined because of it. Im still going to use it just sucks that I have to staple them or paper clip the book together to keep it from falling apart. A different type of binding would make this book perfect! Everyone on our ICU floor loves the idea of it. Would not buy again, unless they made them with different binding 2024- I have to write an updated review on this notebook since Ive been using it for 4 years now. There were improvements to the binding and honestly this is my go to report sheet! 10/10 recommend for any ICU

I really love the layout of these report sheets, as an ICU nurse I need something easy to follow but has enough space in each assessment category when receiving the report. I like that each page is double-sided also since I usually take a report on two patients each shift. Loved the extra reference sheets that we're included, a ton of helpful info!!
