These headphones are inexpensive considering that it has the mouthpiece for the mic. It's not the best noise cancelling headphones but works great for the kids while they are online with their classes. My kids are 8 and 6 years old and the headphones fit great...they are not too big. The plastics seem a little bit cheap but as long as you are not rough, I don't see how they would break. My kids have been using the headphones for a few weeks now and still no issues. The cord also has quick button access for muting the mic, sound and volume adjustments. And the headphones plug in using USB which is great. Overall, very satisfied with purchase...and even purchased a second set for my nieces.

I like these headphones but I do find it a bit strange when using them with meetings like Skype For Business, Microsoft Teams or Zoom that I cannot hear myself through the headphones. Everyone else can hear me on the meeting and I can hear them fine. It's a bit of a strange setup compared to the older SP-IM320 model.

I guess you pay for what you get. They lasted about three weeks before the left side went out, but the mic and right side worked just fine. I was able to get away with it for another week until the right side started going out as well. I work from home and I was scrolling through a web page and didn't even realize that I missed a call because I couldn't hear it ringing. I was not happy because we get judged on calls we missed and that was my first missed call of the week and only my second missed call since starting. Definitely going to be spending my money on a more affordable product next time If they wouldn't have broke so soon I would have loved this product. The sound quality and fit was great. I treated the product very well and left it on my work desk where nothing happened to it, so it doesn't make sense why it randomly broke.

These have great sound Quality, noise cancelling, very functional, cord is good and sturdy. My only complaint is they squeeze down on your ears pretty tight, they don't cover my ears all the way so puts pressure on my cartilage rims so I wiggle them around a lot. I don't think I have especially large ears or skull, but maybe? I'm hoping they'll ease up with more use. Tip: take out cartilage piercings before use, mine got sore from the pressure.
