Adorable owls, for cross stitch lovers, owl lovers, and those who still read physical books! I was hoping to use the paper printed pattern to do this as a counted cross stitch project--the description specifies that the pattern is printed directly on the Aida cloth bookmark provided, so I can't deduct a star because there is no pattern printed on paper, just because I prefer counted cross stitch. The printing on the bookmark appears almost supernaturally perfect, fitting the pattern among the Aida holes as precisely as if it was printed on paper, rather than cloth. The included floss appears to be numbered like DMC floss, and of like quality, but is not branded. The handy needle threader is included, as described. The sizing in the Aida cloth makes the stitching easy, without requiring a hoop or tiny stretcher frame. The included instructions are clear, and the how-to of removing the print on the bookmark after stitching seems straight-forward and encouraging. (I will update if that one thing is not as accurate as the rest of the description/instructions.) The edges of the bookmark are finished, as promised, although I will be choosing an appropriate border, to get my "counted" fix in. If you don't have any interest in the laborious, time-consuming, eye-crossing counting involved in counted cross stitch (which I love) but have ever wanted to achieve the perfection of an adorable, precise pattern on Aida cloth, I highly recommend this kit. In addition to the excellent quality of the materials provided, the detailed and honest description of the kit, and the easy, brief, included instructions, the price makes this kit an excellent value. I highly recommend this.

This comes with everything you need to make the book marks. What I am not a fan of is how small the cloth the owls are printing on is. I was hoping for slightly bigger holes to make it a bit easier to go in and out of. Would recommend if you have perfect or nearly perfect vision or a lot of patience.
