I wanted to try sea moss and got this all in one. The ingredients list is long and makes me think it may be simpler to try a less complex sea moss but it seems like a good value since I will not need to buy the herbs separately. Oh well let's see if this works. The pills are not too big.

I've posted this previously but I am a big fan of anti-inflammatories and ginger is definitely one. Plus, I've been told that ashwagandha is good, especially for men's health. So far, I haven't noticed a meaningful difference with this Sea Moss capsule but hopefully that will come soon. There are a massive 240 capsule count (and they're vegetarian!) but keep in mind that the serving size is 2 so technically these would last for 4 months (if you take 2 a day).
