5-in-1 Blood Support, with Iron, Folate, Vitamin, B6, B12

This is a great product that is formulated for the supplies that are needed for heme and hemoglobin. The capsule contains iron, folate vitamin B6 and B12 and others. These are often the missing link in the body to make our good red blood cells. They are hard to gather, and this product is rare to put them together. The size of the capsule is not big, and it is easy to swallow.

Average Results

Took these for about 3 weeks to help my iron & energy levels. Easy to take, no funky taste or odor at all. I saw some slight improvement in the first week, but then it mostly stayed right there for the last 2 weeks. Not sure if that means I am caught up on my iron or not, but after week three I stopped taking them as an experiment to measure any improvements (by way of decline), but I didn't really feel much different. These might work better for some people, but for me it was an average result. I'll keep searching for another blood support product that will be better for me personally. While it wouldn't hurt to try these, I can't say I'd recommend base on performance. Hence the 3-star rating.

Didn't hurt my stomach

My biggest issue with taking Iron supplements is how it wrecks my stomach. However, this Surebounty iron supplement seemed to be more gentle on my stomach than others. That's a big deal to me as I would have to stop taking other supplements. I haven't objectively measured the benefit this is having on my body, but I do think I feel it working. The fact that it doesn't hurt my stomach is huge to me!

I recently tried the Iron Bisglycinate supplement from the Surebounty Store. First of all, I like that this supplement contains not only iron but also folate, vitamin C, B6, and B12. These additional vitamins and minerals are essential for proper iron absorption and overall blood support. It's great to have all of these nutrients in one convenient capsule. The fact that this supplement is a once daily dose is also a huge plus for me. Will update if needed.

2+ weeks of taking these, no complaints.

I've been taking these, one per day, for just over two weeks. I chose to get these because at my last doctor's appointment, she told me I needed to get more B vitamins and some iron into my diet. She suggested I use a multi vitamin. Well, I'm hoping that "supplement" is the same as "multi vitamin." I go back to see her in early April and will find out if these are doing what she wants. In the meantime, I have not had any issues while taking these capsules. They are easy to swallow, tasteless/odorless, and have not caused any stomach upset. For a two-month supply, I feel the price on these is very good.
