It's noisier than I prefer, but it has a very clear picture, swivels quivkly with motion dection, and only records disturbances, which saves my memory. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to view remotely.

The camera is very functional. Easy to set up. Software is quick to set up and mounting is easy - just need an empty light socket. The software allows pointing the camera in any direction you choose. It will alert you to motion. With a microSD card or cloud storage, you can view past videos. I really like the night vision modes. You can set color night vision (color with white LEDs lit), infrared night vision (gray scale with IR LEDs lit - barely visible) or night vision off - not very useful unless you have it pointing at a lighted area. There are options for default settings including smart night vision which is on with IR (gray scale) leds and when motion is detected will switch to color (white LEDS). Some here have indicate they do not like this setting as the white lights are visible, making the camera visible. I like the color night vision. One of my uses is to see how hard it is raining outside without having to go to the door. Trivial, I guess, but I like it. I also like the alerts - they allow playing video of any motion that was detected. There are a lot of features that I have not tried as I just got it but, what I have tested works great. Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend. It appears to turn to the left and right with a "stop" at the end. It may be helpful to mark the center line between and mount that mark to the back of a wall if it is mounted near a wall so you can make best use of the rotation. Next step will be trying to set it up on Roku. From what I see on the app, it will work with Alexa.

We recently purchased this unit, and it has been up and running for over a month. We also have an older Jennov model that does not have the new AI human-detection feature. I reviewed the older unit previously and it is still a fabulous security camera which continues to work well and without any issue. This led me to get this latest Jennov unit for a second location and I am happy to share this model checks all the boxes that the other unit did and is even better given the additional features and upgraded App. Whats more, we now have a black camera in a black fixture and a white one in a white fixture so theres an aesthetic choice if that of relevance. Installation: Still easy and it only takes a few minutes if done near your WIFI router tip, use the provided US outlet adapter during configuration or simply use a lamp socket should that work better for you. Motion Detection/AI: Improved granularity for configuring detection & exclusion (privacy) areas and the AI human-detect feature is excellent. Fun to watch and play with for sure but we chose to turn off the auto-human(face) tracking/positioning feature. We thought some people may find it a little creepy to have a camera at the door visibly auto-pan and rotate to track people. Even with tracking turned off, the AI human-detection capabilities (within the selected field of view) can be used to further enhance detection/notification capabilities without making guests feel paranoid by a camera following them. Pre-sets: Now there are now 6 basic positions you can bookmark to view at the click of a button - the older unit had a very satisfactory 4 but of course we now use all 6. Two separate purchases to consider that may make further improve your experience and satisfaction A MicroSD card (up to 128GB). Great for continuous recording and in this mode will overwrite starting with the earliest recordings once all space has been used but that takes a while, even in HD mode. Card can be set to be written too only when motion triggers the device or manual command is given. There is also a Cloud service you can sign-up for that provides extra storage and access capabilities. E26/E27 (essentially the same size) Light-bulb extension sockets depending upon your application these may be useful so that your fixture does not obstruct the camera portion at the bottom of the unit. Our lamp fixture was small so there was a bit of a blind-spot for us before installing an extender between the light-fixture socket and the camera to permit unobstructed viewing. Love the camera, the quality of the picture and all the features - it does everything you need it do and then a few things you probably didnt realize you will like/want also.
