Ya no son lo mismo la calidad el tiempo de la batera el sonido de la nada ests haciendo una llmada y de repente ya no escucha nada muy mala calidad antes eran mucho mejor

The volume and power buttons have become hard and brittle, causing them to break up and fall off! Its as if its been sitting in the sun/heat for months and the buttons are preparing to disintegrate. I would like to replace them if possible

I have purchased this brand several times. I prefer earbuds for noise isolation and these work well for that. I usually use these for voice podcasts but music is not distorted. I prefer this straight earpiece design to the angled ones because they will fit either ear. Noise isolation is sufficient for blocking out traffic noise so I often wear only one earpiece when traffic safety is a concern. I sometimes wear these under noise isolation ear muffs for more isolation when using noisy equipment. Headphones made by this company are better for noise isolation. I don't find noise cancellation necessary or much benefit with isolation this good.

This is the second pair of these headphones that I purchased. There are things I like and don't like about them, but I liked them enough at this price to purchase them again. This pair arrived not working, I was not able to charge them. But after contacting the company, they gave me credit same day (more than I paid) to purchase a replacement pair on their website. So high marks for customer service, i am very satisfied. If you want to know about the headphones: I like having the option to use a wireless set with the earpieces connected, as I just know I'm going to lose them if they're not. (Turns out I'm losing them all the time anyway, so I am switching to a true wireless earbud as an experiment.) I like that they come with different sizes of tips, as my ears are fairly small, and these fit well and do a great job drowning out external noises. What I don't like is the placement of the volume knobs, which hang kind of heavy off one ear. Plus, like all wired headphones, the wires eventually break and you can only get audio on one side. But these held on for a year and a half of daily use, so I can live with replacing them.

My first set of these earbuds were accidentally destroyed by TSA and I was bummed, but I liked them so much that I bought them again! I accidentally ran my second set through the washing machine, so I purchased a third set! After they dried off the second set still worked! Now I have 2 perfectly good sets of these earbuds and I love them. I dont know how long the battery life on other wireless headphones are but I wish these were a bit longer. They can last through an AM workout and almost to the end of an 8 hr shift afterward, just wish theyd hang in a little longer so I can avoid discussions with coworkers for the entire day. These come in plastic and metal options and I prefer the metal because they have a bit more weight to them.
