Plastic needs to change

I love the idea of this especially for travel: the size is compact, it smells nice, it deposits a thin layer of product nicely, it's not messy, but the plastic?????? The plastic rim scratches your skin really easily. The screw bottom also is feeling too cheap. It could be redesigned in rubberized/silicone material.

I really like that it cleans without clogging my pores and it smells really good! It doesn't take much either so a little goes a long way. I will definitely order this again!

I love this cleanser! You can apply it dry or wet. I keep it in the shower and use it in combination with my face loofa. I have combination 60-something skin and it keeps my face smooth without leaving it feeling too dry. I even took it on a vacation to a hot climate and it travelled very well. Love all the Julep products Ive tried!

New formula is GARBAGE. Bring back the original!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!!! The original face stick from Julep was the most amazing detoxifying face cleanser I have ever used. Absolutely incredible. I have no idea why they stopped producing it! The new formula is GARBAGE. It does not feel the same on the skin, it lathers terribly, and does not produce the same cleansing effects whatsoever. Its also $18 for a ONE OUNCE PRODUCT. WTF. The old stick was 1.94 oz. So the new formula is garbage AND overpriced. Ridiculous! What a complete failure from Julep. Im so disappointed with this brand.

Nifty Cleanser, Makes Skin Feel Great

I wasn't sure about the approach to this cleanser, but I'm sold. It exfoliates without any grit, it smells really good, and it leaves your skin feeling really soft. Meanwhile, the shape of it is perfect for travel, and the lid stays on really well. You can roll it directly onto your skin and massage it in with your hands. It doesn't lather a lot, but it does distribute around your face very easily. So far, it's lasting pretty long. I will keep this cleanser in my "rotation" and continue to use it mixed in with my other cleansers, throughout the week, each week. Post-script: I love Julep's eyeshadows. They are very subtle and easy to use. This cleanser is on the same par.
