I add a tablespoon or so to my vanilla protein shake, however it's also great to make a healthier strawberry milk or strawberry desserts (custard, ice cream, etc). Blends up super smooth. Really glad I found this product and loving it so far.
I have purchased this twice. I used this to make pink frosting for a childs birthday cake. It tastes good, makes a great pink icing. I did have to push it thru a strainer has it was clumpy. I am storing this pack in my refrigerator as the first bag I purchased I put in the cupboard after opening and it went bad after a few months. That being said, I live in a humid environment

I used this to make some matcha, strawberry, almond Neapolitan cookies. I've made them before with a different freeze dried strawberry brand - Jungle Powders (and chocolate versus matcha). I was short on time and could get this quicker than the kind I used last time. I made a test batch (to test the matcha/strawberry pairing) and the strawberry flavor was weaker despite using the same amount I had used of the other brand. I had to add in an extra tablespoon of this to get the same flavor - which changed the consistency of my dough. This was half the price of Jungle Powders, so I am assuming that accounts for the quality difference
