This 2-Pack of trackers is an amazing deal! It is simple to add to the Find My App. Once added, it is easy to find them on the map or by setting off a sound. And if you wonder away from the tracker it will send a notification to your phone, even on the Lock Screen. it will give you an approximate address if it can figure one out for its location. You can share the location of the item with others as well as set it to not notify you if you leave it behind in a specific location, like at home. I highly recommend these for functionality and value. At the time I wrote this review, there was also a coupon available that makes it an even better value.

This review is for the Dohome brand key and other item locator. I love that this works directly with the Find My app on the Iphone without having to download a foreign app. The instructions are a little off from reality. A short press makes a ringing sound and turns the tracker on as noted. A three-second press is supposed to give three beeps and put the tracker in sleep mode. It only gives two beeps. Continuing pressing several seconds beyond the two beeps is supposed to sound four beeps and turn the tracker off. It sounds only three beeps and when the button is released it sounds two more beeps and I don't believe the tracker turns off, because the next time I pressed the button it didn't make the ringing sound saying it had turned on. I had to hold the button three seconds at which point it gave two beeps again, as if it was in sleep mode. However, the next time I pressed the button it immediately gave the ringing sound, so it actually only turned off after having held it about ten seconds for the three beeps, releasing and holding it again for three seconds getting two beeps. This is very confusing and there's no light to let you know if it's on or off. So far I've only tested it at home. It lets me know both items being tracked are at my home, but shows them 50 - 75 feet from where they actually are. The phone app lets you have the locator make a sound. The one on my keys hanging on a key ring was audible from about 30 feet away in another room with no doors closed in between. The one I'd put in the mid-inside pocket of my purse could only be heard when I was within a couple of feet of my purse, so don't bury the tracker too deep. Note: I do wear hearing aids and was wearing them, so it may seem loud enough to others. While not perfect, these are pretty darn good so far. I like the rubber ring lanyard, which I think would stretch around a remote control. I will be odering more of these to put on the TV remotes that tend to disappear around my house. The posted price is excellent. Update 3/19/24 I ordered these againl and did a bit more testing. I left one in my car when I went into a very large store. I tried making it sound with the Find My app from the store and it said it was too far away, which I expected. It also told me that I'd left it behind and gave the address where it was left. Except for the poor instructions, these are good finder tags. They use CR3032 batteries, which seem to be pretty standard these days and come with something that looks like a guitar pick which must be for opening the key finder to replace the battery.

Im pretty impressed with this GPS tracker sent with two trackers for the price of one regular tracker. Its worth getting Liz to pack. I used one recently with my luggage while traveling, and it definitely works when locating it. I put one on my moms cane so I dont lose her and we dont forget the cane sometime and its great. My only complaint is that it takes a few minutes for the disconnect to happen so if youre driving, you might be a little bit further than you want to be but you definitely know you forgot something. I will definitely be getting more of these.
