2: When installing, push the upper side of the key cap first, and press the bottom of the key cap to complete the installation.
Note: The up, down, left, and right buttons must be removed from the right side of the keycap. To remove the ESC button, you must first pry it off from the left side.

The 8 year old MacBook Pro neede several new key caps. We used about a third of the key caps even though there were only eight that truly needed to be replaced. Now I have to look a little harder and a little longer to find the original key caps!

Perfect for macbook a1989

Not going to lie. I was nervous to start that i was going to break something on my mac and be deep in the whole. After you get the first two or three keys done its super easy! Each key fit with ease, look the exact same, and work right away. Made my mac look brand new. I recommend watching videos first as i did and know that the arrow keys pop off from the side rather than the too but overall it was a great purchase.

Missing removal tool

The caps work well for replacing the ones I have damaged. But the seller promised a cap removal tool and it didnt arrive with the package. Makes it much harder than it needs to be.

Restored my keyboard

Great until I got to the spacebar. It still went well but the instructions could have been a little better there. Def restored my keyboard. Also wish there were some designations for key order and some keys are very similar to others. Still, just take care and you'll be fine.

Easy way to refurbish the look of your keyboard

The replacement keyboard key caps were very easy to install. I was able to replace all of my key caps in less than 15 minutes.
