Didnt work for us

The product is very clever and I like the way it covers the teeth on three sides. I was using it for my son who has autism and he didnt like it. It has very powerful vibrations which he couldnt handle. Also the bristles were too soft for adult teeth. The vibration action may be too strong for younger children. I used the toothbrush myself and felt the vibrations were too strong for me. Otherwise it is a very good idea for brushing childrens teeth because it gets all three sides at the same time.

My son hated brushing his teeth. It was a total nightmare. I got him this toothbrush and he loves it. Not only is it easy for him to use himself it cleans his teeth really well. He turns it on and it turns off when the time is up. So he knows when its time to stop. I love it and its a game changer. I highly recommend it.

Broke within weeks & seller ignored us

It stopped working and wouldn't hold a charge within a couple weeks of purchase. I emailed the product support email address provided in the package; I included photos of the device and serial number along with a description of the problem, and they completely ignored all of my emails. No phone number is available anywhere. The product is garbage and so is their customer service. I just wish I hadn't wasted money on this plus an extra pack of replacement heads!

The seller sent a USED brush head...

The toothbrush works well, and my special needs son can use it easier than a regular toothbrush. So far I am happy with the toothbrush and one of the heads that came with it. However, upon receipt of the package, I noticed that the extra brush head was....used. yes, used. (See picture) There are teeth marks on it and the plastic it was in was torn open already right out of the box....with all the people freaking the heck out about GERMS, you might think that this would not be sent to me used. My son was very excited to use the tooth brush, and so I will not be returning, as it's been used by him now, however I will be contacting the seller and requesting another head (unused, if at ALL possible). Like I said the brush works well so far, but really quite unacceptable that we received a used brush head. With food still stuck in it.
