The exterior doubles as the decoration and protection. The material is super firm and will hold up against drops. 3. It is rechargeable, so you dont have to worry about your kiddo getting into the battery storage. 4. The operation keys are easy to use and the best setting is that you can time the camera to power off after no activity! 5. There are three modes for the camera, regular shots, selfie shots, and recording! Also, the camera comes installed with cool frames to add to photos. 6. Comes preinstalled with a memory chip. All in all, this is well worth the money and would make a great camera for those with minimal experience.

My niece (3) loves stealing the adults phones at family outings when no one is looking and FILLING the phone with pictures, so when her birthday rolled around a camera for kids was the natural choice. It was an instant hit! The camera is small and light enough that she didn't have any trouble with handling it and it comes with a thick silicone cover to protect that camera from the unavoidable bumps and drops (our camera came with a unicorn silicone cover which she liked). We had to help her turn the camera on the first time since you have to hold the power button for 3-4 seconds to turn it on, but after that the basic controls were simple enough for her to start taking pictures on her own within a minute or so. None of the buttons are labeled so an adult will definitely need to help navigate through the playback and menus, but the modes are typical of all point and shoot digital cameras so it doesn't take long to figure things out. The camera quality certainly doesn't rival a name brand point and shoot camera but it doesn't need to. The niece was having a blast and ran the battery down to zero without stopped (about 2hrs of almost continuous use). Charging the camera and connecting the camera to a computer to download photos as all pretty standard and easy to do. Overall, this camera is a great gift for young kids and is sure to be a hit!
