First of all, I received a product that isn't even advertised. they advertise that they have for ages 2to7 and 8to 13. I received ages 2-12. That's not a huge deal aside from the fact that it's false advertisement and the product that I received is not what I ordered. There's no point in asking for an exchange or a refund because they don't have the actual product that they're advertising anyway. Secondly, this thing is a pile of garbage and its battery operated. All of the other u shaped toothbrushes i've ever seen are rechargeable and for the same price, if not cheaper !!! This thing is extremely cheaply made and not worth twenty dollars. It's very disappointing to get ripped off when you are a poor single mother and every dollar matters. Have some human decency. And if you don't going to sell what you advertise, the, don't sell anything at all

This product was purchased for a 2 year old. It works good for her. Or allows you to brush her teeth and she thinks its fun. It makes tooth brushing a positive experience.

You get what you pay for

I bought two of these for my nine and 11th year old. The U shape is comfortable and makes the boys want to brush their teeth, but they don't clean the teeth well. I did a scrape test that showed a lot of film still left on their teeth. The U shape does now reach their back teeth. My nine year old, still has most of his baby teeth and it still didn't reach his back teeth. The power button is too stiff for them to turn the brushes on and off. The brush heads are small and very soft. We use the U shape and then switch to the brush head. It takes longer to brush their teeth this way, but it does get their teeth clean.
