This is a powerful supplement! Ive taken every supplement and appetite suppressant you can think of over the years with often very little result. In the past I would notice a bit of a suppressant effect but I could never overcome my cravings. This supplement actually took away any cravings - in fact even when I was bored or probably shouldve been hungry nothing sounded good. One note is that if youre sensitive to supplements or such products Id suggest working your way up to the full dosage. I was lightheaded with a low grade headache for a while after first trying this at full dosage. Ive read that visible results come over time so will remain hopeful for that.
