Now that my 70th birthday is in the rearview mirror, I'm discovering all sorts of new aches and pains. Notably, my knees now complain all the time - especially when I attend my exercise classes. These knee braces give me support and compression that make my movements less painful. The fit is good - not too hard to pull on, but firmly in place afterwards. A nice feature is the textured rubbery ribbing at the top of each brace to discourage slippage (of the sleeve down your leg). I hardly notice these when I'm wearing them except for my improved mobility and decreased pain. So glad I got these!

As I was getting back into weight lifting after recouping from injury I was looking for good knee sleeves for my squats and I'm so glad I found these. They run very true to size and the measurements provided and they offer just the right amount of support while I'm working out. I routinely squat between 250 and 350 lbs and these keep everything feeling good. That being said these are not braces to support recovery from an injury, these are definitely knee sleeves for support during working out and running. That's the only reason I gave four stars instead of five and gave four for support as well
