At first I loved these, they have a great feel to them and seem sturdy. I wanted bamboo silverware to replace plastic and avoid any nasty chemicals in plastic. Oddly enough when using the fork in hot food, the fork prongs warp and bend! It makes me wonder if they are made with something other than bamboo? If you don’t like hot food then they might work for you.
